Shipping policy
<p><strong>Last updated: May 18, 2026</strong></p><h2>1. Where We Ship</h2><p>Honey & Stitch Club ships within the United States only. We don't currently offer international shipping, but it's something we'd love to add down the road.</p><h2>2. Processing Time</h2><p>Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.</p><h2>3. Shipping Options and Rates</h2><p>We offer two shipping options at checkout:</p><p><strong>Standard / Economy</strong> — free above our order threshold, otherwise a flat rate calculated at checkout. Delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days from when it ships.</p><p><strong>Express Delivery</strong> — $25, arrives within 2–3 business days from when it ships.</p><p>The most accurate shipping timeline for your specific order is in your order confirmation email.</p><h2>4. Fulfillment Location</h2><p>All orders ship from our Denver, Colorado warehouse.</p><h2>5. Returns</h2><p>Every order ships with a prepaid USPS return bag for our buyback program and for standard refunds. Return shipping is always free. See our Refund Policy for details.</p><h2>6. Order Tracking</h2><p>Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking from your Honey & Stitch Club account dashboard.</p><h2>7. Lost or Damaged Packages</h2><p>If your package is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please email us at <a href="mailto:info@honeyandstitchclub.com">info@honeyandstitchclub.com</a> with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.</p><p>We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control, but we will do everything we can to help.</p><h2>8. Address Errors</h2><p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email <a href="mailto:info@honeyandstitchclub.com">info@honeyandstitchclub.com</a> as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.</p><h2>9. Gifting</h2><p>If you're sending a piece as a gift, you can add a gift note at checkout. Standard packaging — our signature wrap — is included with every order at no extra charge.</p><h2>10.
