Last updated April 2026About Honey & Stitch
Honey & Stitch Club is a baby and toddler boutique with a slightly different model. We source clothing from independent makers and boutiques we love around the world — New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the United States — and bring them together in one place. Sizes newborn through 2T, based in Denver, shipping nationwide.
Two things make us different. First, our edit is genuinely global — we travel for the pieces and source from independent makers, not from the same wholesale catalogues every other US boutique uses. Second, we have a circular program built in. Every order ships with a prepaid return bag, and when your little one outgrows a piece, you send it back for store credit toward what comes next.
On purpose. We carry small quantities of each piece so the boutique is always changing — fresh styles, new makers, pieces you won’t find everywhere else. If something speaks to you, it’s worth grabbing while it’s there. Sign up for The Drop, our monthly newsletter, to be the first to hear about new pieces — including the more unique styles that often sell out quickly.
We’re based in Denver, Colorado, and we ship across the United States.
Our circular program
It’s the heart of how we work. Every order ships with a prepaid return bag. When your little one outgrows a piece, you send it back through the buyback program, earn store credit toward what comes next, and the piece either gets a second life in our ReStitch section or is donated to a family in need through our nonprofit partner. Pieces keep moving, families keep benefitting, and you stay part of the story.
You earn store credit toward future pieces, you save closet space, and a portion of every ReStitch sale goes to our nonprofit partner — so your participation directly supports families who need it. Returning customers also get first access to The Drop and our most limited pieces.
Because that’s exactly what it is. We’re buying the piece back from you (in store credit) so it can have a second life. It’s not a donation, it’s not a return for refund — it’s a transaction that keeps you in the loop and keeps the wardrobe moving.
The buyback program
Every order ships with a prepaid return bag. When your little one outgrows a piece, scan the QR code on your insert card or visit our returns page, drop the piece in the bag, and send it back through USPS. We inspect the piece, issue store credit within five business days, and either list it in our ReStitch section or pass it to a family through our nonprofit partner.
Up to 25% of what you paid, depending on the condition of the piece when it arrives. Resellable pieces (clean, all hardware intact, no permanent staining or damage) earn the full 25%, with a $10 minimum. Pieces that can’t be resold earn $5 flat and are donated. Credit is valid for 12 months on anything in the boutique, new or ReStitch.
All hardware intact (snaps, zips, buttons working), no permanent staining, no tears or holes, and clean. Normal play wear and light fading is completely fine — that’s evidence the piece was loved, not a reason to decline it.
Within 90 days of your original order. After that, the piece isn’t eligible for the buyback program.
Credit only — it’s how the loop works. The credit keeps you in the story and lets us keep offering pieces from independent makers at accessible prices.
In your Honey & Stitch account dashboard. You’ll get an email when it’s issued. Valid for 12 months. Use it on anything in the boutique.
Items can be declined for permanent staining, tears, broken hardware, or if they aren’t a Honey & Stitch piece. We inspect every piece and grade honestly. If you think there was a grading error, email info@honeyandstitchclub.com within seven days and we’ll review it.
Not a problem. When you start the return in your account, we’ll send a new prepaid label as a QR code or printable PDF. Any bag or box from home will work.
ReStitch pieces are final sale, so they aren’t eligible for the buyback program. That said — if you’d like to send a ReStitch piece back to be donated once your little one outgrows it, just let us know and we’ll send a prepaid label, no charge. It’s a small thing, but it keeps the loop going.
No — the return is always optional. Everything in your order is yours to keep. The prepaid bag is included because we want it to be easy if you choose to use it, not because you’re obligated to.
No — once items are returned they’re either relisted in ReStitch or donated. Please make sure you’re ready to part with them before sending.
Yes. Credit is calculated on the actual price you paid (after the discount). Items purchased at $0.00 with a 100% discount code may need to go through us directly — email info@honeyandstitchclub.com if that applies to you.
Sizing
Newborn through 2T.
It varies. Pieces from New Zealand, Australia, and Europe sometimes run differently than US sizing — a 12–18M from a Danish maker may fit differently than the same size from an Australian one. Each product page lists the maker’s specific sizing notes, and we add fit guidance where it’s useful (runs small, generous fit, etc.). When in doubt, size up — most pieces are designed with a bit of room to grow.
Not yet — but it’s something we’re hoping to grow into. We’d love to offer larger sizes in the future, so check back, and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Sometimes — it depends on availability. Because we carry limited sizes and styles and they sell quickly, we can’t always promise the size you need will be in stock. If it is, we’re happy to exchange for a piece of equal value (or you can pay the difference for something different). Take a look at our returns page to see what options are available for your order.
Shipping & orders
It depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout. The most accurate timeline is in your order confirmation email — it’ll have your specific shipping details and tracking once your order is on its way.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we’d love to add down the road.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@honeyandstitchclub.com as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s left our hands, we won’t be able to make changes — but if it’s already on its way, you can return it once it arrives.
So sorry about that. Email info@honeyandstitchclub.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Returns & exchanges
Two paths. Standard refund — unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment. Buyback program — pieces your little one has worn and outgrown can be sent back within 90 days and earn up to 25% of what you paid in store credit, depending on the condition when it arrives. Credit is valid for 12 months on anything in the boutique.
Scan the QR code on your insert card, or visit honeyandstitchclub.com/pages/returns. You’ll need your email and order number.
Yes. Every order ships with a prepaid USPS return bag. If you’ve misplaced it, we’ll send a new label when you start the return.
Five business days from when we receive the piece. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s issued.
Fabrics, care & safety
It varies — we source from independent makers around the world, and each maker has their own approach. We have strong preferences for organic, safe, and well-made materials, but we don’t make blanket claims because the truth is it depends on the piece. The exact fabric content is listed on every product page. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, check there or email us at info@honeyandstitchclub.com and we’ll look it up for you.
Care instructions are on the label of each piece and on the product page. As a general rule, most of our pieces do best on a gentle cold wash and laid flat to dry — but always follow the label, since it varies by maker and fabric.
We try to source pieces from makers who think carefully about what touches a baby’s skin. That said, every child is different, and we can’t make promises about how a specific piece will work for your little one. Check the fabric content on each product page, and if your child has known sensitivities or allergies, please consult your pediatrician.
Cleaning standards
We clean exclusively with Truly Free — a plant-based, fragrance-free detergent that’s safe for babies and toddlers. No harsh chemicals, no synthetic fragrances.
A cleaning confirmation card ships in every ReStitch order. It records that the piece was professionally cleaned and inspected before reaching you. If something doesn’t pass our standard, it doesn’t ship.
Gifting
Our gift sets are some of our bestsellers. For someone expecting, we recommend our Newborn Essentials Bundles — thoughtfully put together with everything a newborn needs, all in one place. Browse the full edit at honeyandstitchclub.com/collections/gift-ready.
ReStitch & our nonprofit partner
ReStitch is where pieces from our buyback program get a second life. Every piece has been inspected, cleaned, and graded before it goes back on the site. They’re listed at a lower price than new, and a portion of every ReStitch sale goes to our nonprofit partner — so when you shop ReStitch, you’re supporting families in need at the same time. ReStitch pieces are final sale.
We work with a Denver-based nonprofit that supports families in need. Pieces from our buyback program that can’t be resold are donated through them, and a portion of every ReStitch sale supports their work. It’s how we make sure nothing beautiful goes to waste — and that families who need it get something special, too.
No — they’re separate. ReStitch is part of our boutique; you can shop it. Our nonprofit partner is the organization that receives our donation-grade pieces and supports families in need; it’s not a shop.
Our nonprofit partner operates independently of Honey & Stitch. For direct donations to them, please reach out to info@honeyandstitchclub.com and we’ll point you in the right direction. Through our boutique, the buyback program is the path — pieces you send back that can’t be resold are donated on your behalf.
Account & The Drop
The Drop is our monthly newsletter — and it’s how we share the more unique, rarer pieces we find on our travels. Many of these pieces don’t stay on the site for long, and some never make it to the always-on collection at all. They go to Drop subscribers first.
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and see your store credit balance.
Enter your email at the bottom of any page on the site. The Drop lands once a month with new pieces — and subscribers get first access to our most limited and unique styles, which often sell out before they go live to everyone else.
There’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can also manage preferences from your account dashboard.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a reset link.
