These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Honey & Stitch Club website at honeyandstitchclub.com (the "Site") and the products, services, and content we make available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Honey & Stitch Club

Honey & Stitch Club is an online boutique selling baby and toddler clothing curated from independent makers around the world. We are based in Denver, Colorado, and we ship within the United States.

Our boutique includes new inventory from our vendor partners and ReStitch — pre-loved pieces that have returned to us through our buyback program, been inspected and cleaned, and re-listed.

We also operate a buyback program: every order ships with a prepaid USPS return bag, and customers can send eligible pieces back within 90 days of purchase to earn store credit.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate billing and shipping information, and have a valid payment method. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm orders by email once payment is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and the Buyback Program

We offer two paths for returns, described in detail in our Refund Policy:

Standard refund — unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method.

Buyback program — pieces your child has worn and outgrown can be sent back within 90 days for store credit (up to 25% of what you paid, depending on condition).

ReStitch pieces are final sale.

6. Store Credit

Store credit earned through the buyback program is valid for 12 months from the date issued. Credit can be used on any item in the boutique, new or ReStitch. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Product Information

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every piece, including fabric content, sizing notes, and condition (for ReStitch pieces). Because we source from independent makers around the world, sizing and fit may vary by brand.

Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person due to monitor and lighting differences.

8. ReStitch Pieces

ReStitch pieces are pre-loved items that have returned through our buyback program, been inspected, cleaned with Truly Free (a plant-based, fragrance-free detergent), and re-listed. Each ReStitch piece is one of a kind, sold as-is, and final sale.

9. The Drop and Email Marketing

When you subscribe to The Drop, our monthly newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, designs, and the Honey & Stitch Club name — is the property of Honey & Stitch Club or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission, or submit false or misleading information.

12. Account Security

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us at info@honeyandstitchclub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation or our products beyond what is required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey & Stitch Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
