The Loop (trade-in program) The Loop is an optional trade-in program. Eligible items sent back may earn store credit toward a future purchase. Eligibility, credit amounts, and program details are determined by us and may change. Store credit has no cash value and is subject to our terms.

Memberships and subscription purchase options If you purchase a membership or subscription-style option, it is also governed by our Subscription / Cancellation Policy.

Gift cards and promotions Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be modified or ended at any time.
