Refund policy

At Honey & Stitch Club, we want you to feel confident about every piece you bring home. Below are the ways you can return a piece, depending on what you need.

1. Standard Refund (within 30 days)

Unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days of your original order date for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, with original tags still attached, and in resellable condition.

To start a standard refund, visit honeyandstitchclub.com/pages/returns. Return shipping is free — every order arrives with a prepaid USPS return bag.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's issued. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Buyback Program (within 90 days)

If your child has worn a piece and outgrown it, the buyback program is for you.

Send eligible pieces back within 90 days of your original order date and earn up to 25% of what you paid in store credit, depending on the condition when the piece arrives.

Credit breakdown:

Resellable pieces (clean, all hardware intact, no permanent staining or damage) earn the full 25%, with a $10 minimum.

Pieces that can't be resold (permanent staining, tears, broken hardware) earn $5 flat and are donated through our nonprofit partner.

Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued. Use it on anything in the boutique — new or ReStitch.

3. ReStitch Pieces (final sale)

ReStitch pieces are pre-loved one-of-a-kind items, sold final sale. They're not eligible for standard refunds or buyback credit.

If your child outgrows a ReStitch piece, you're welcome to send it back to be donated through our nonprofit partner — just email us at info@honeyandstitchclub.com and we'll send a prepaid label, no charge.

4. Items Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items, please email us at info@honeyandstitchclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is on us.

5. What Counts as Resellable

For the buyback program, a piece is resellable if all hardware (snaps, zips, buttons) is intact and working, there's no permanent staining, there are no tears or holes, and the piece is clean.

Normal play wear and light fading is fine — that's evidence the piece was loved.

6. Items Declined for Buyback

If we determine a returned piece doesn't qualify for buyback credit (for example, severe staining or damage), we'll send it through to our nonprofit partner as a donation. We do not return declined pieces to customers.

If you think a grading decision was made in error, email info@honeyandstitchclub.com within 7 days of receiving your credit notice and we'll review it.

7. Lost or Misplaced Return Bag

Not a problem. When you start the return in your account, we'll send a new prepaid label as a QR code or printable PDF. Any bag or box from home will work.

8. Discount Codes and Refunds

If you used a discount code, your refund or store credit is calculated based on the actual price you paid (after the discount).
