A short note each season asking what worked, what didn't, what you'd change. The cuff length on the Sunday Romper? An ambassador's idea. The hidden poppers on the linen tee? Same. You shape what comes next.

A piece is never finished.

When your little one outgrows their pieces, they come back through Pass It On. We donate one for every two returned to The Second Chapter — single-parent families in the H&S community. Being an ambassador means your wearing helps a piece live a second, and third, life.

Things people ask us.
Do I need a minimum follower count?

Nope. We care more about how you write and the warmth of your community than the number on it. Smallest ambassador we've signed had 600 followers.

What's the time commitment?

Whatever feels right. We suggest one or two posts a season — but there are no quotas. Wear and share when you mean it.

How does payment work?

Your personal code earns 15% commission on every order through it. Paid out monthly via PayPal or store credit. No minimum, no expiry.

Can I apply if I'm outside the US?

Yes — we're based in the US, but we ship the welcome piece worldwide and cover postage. We've got ambassadors in the UK, AU, EU and beyond.

What if I'm pregnant or just had a baby?

Perfect timing. We love welcoming new parents in. Apply now and we'll send your welcome piece in the size you'll need.
