Every Honey & Stitch order ships with a prepaid return mailer. When your little one outgrows a piece, send it back — we list it in our preloved edit or pass it on through The Second Chapter, and you earn store credit toward what comes next.
Visit honeyandstitchclub.com/a/service and look up your order with your email, ZIP, phone, and order number. Pick the piece you're sending back and choose “My child outgrew this” as the reason.
Reuse the mailer that arrived with your order — pre-washed, no need to keep tags. Scan your QR code at any USPS counter (no printer needed) and you'll get a digital receipt.
Each piece is reviewed by hand. Resellable pieces go to the preloved edit; others are passed on through The Second Chapter.
Within five business days of arrival. Valid 12 months on anything in the boutique — full price or preloved.
No — the return is always optional. Everything in your order is yours to keep. The prepaid mailer is just there if you want to use it.
Start a return through our portal and we'll send a new prepaid label as a QR code or printable PDF. Any bag or box from home works fine.
Within five business days of your piece arriving back with us. You'll get an email when it's issued.
Yes — store credit works on everything in the boutique, full-price and preloved. Preloved pieces themselves are final sale.

Once your piece arrives back, we refund within five business days. Banks take another three to five.
Yes — select the specific pieces you're returning in the portal and leave the rest.
We don't offer direct size exchanges. The simplest path is a standard refund (within 30 days, unworn, tags on), then reorder the right size.
Most refunds are processed within 5 business days of your package arriving with us. Your bank takes another 3–5 days to reflect it.
