How it works

Start your return
Visit our returns portal and look up your order with your email and order number.

Pick what you're sending back
Select the piece(s) and tell us why — "doesn't fit," "changed my mind," or something else. We'll approve it right away.

Get your prepaid label
You'll receive a prepaid USPS label by email — print it, or use the QR code at any USPS counter.

Drop it at USPS
Pop the piece in your prepaid mailer (the one that came with your order), apply the label, and drop at any USPS mailbox or counter.

We refund you
When your package arrives, we'll review the piece and refund you within 5 business days.
What we accept
For a standard 30-day refund, the piece needs to be returned within 30 days, unworn, and with original tags still attached.
- Returned within 30 days of your order
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags still attached
- In resellable condition
- Items beyond the 30-day window
- Items that have been washed or worn
- Items missing original tags
- Items purchased with gift cards for a cash refund

Common questions
Can I return a preloved piece for a refund?
Preloved pieces are final sale.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes — select the specific pieces you're returning in the portal.
What if I don't have the prepaid return mailer?
No problem. Start a return in your account and we'll send a new prepaid label — QR code or printable PDF. Any bag or box from home works.
How long does a refund take?
Most refunds are processed within 5 business days of your package arriving. Once we issue the refund, your bank takes another 3–5 business days to reflect it on your statement.
My piece was worn a little — can I still return it?
Not for a full refund. The standard return path is for unworn pieces with tags. But if your little one outgrew the piece, our Return & Earn Credit program accepts pieces with normal play wear for store credit.
What if I used a discount code?
Your refund is for the amount you paid (after discount). If you used a 100% discount code, the order technically has $0 eligible for refund — email us at hello@honeyandstitchclub.com and we'll sort it out.
What if there's an issue with my order — wrong item, damaged?
Email us at hello@honeyandstitchclub.com and we'll handle it directly. We'll make it right.
