How do rentals work?

Rent the outfits you need for birthdays, holidays, weddings, family photos, vacations, and other special occasions—for a fraction of the retail price.

When you're finished, simply return the item using the included prepaid return label. If you decide to keep it (or forget to return it), we'll charge the remaining purchase balance and the item is yours to keep.

How long can I keep my rental?

You can keep your rental for up to 90 days. Return it anytime during that period—there's no need to send it back immediately after your event.

What happens if I forget to return it?

Life happens—we get it! If your rental hasn't been returned after 90 days, we'll simply charge the remaining purchase balance to the payment method on file. The item becomes yours to keep.

Can I keep my rental?

Absolutely! If you decide you love it, there's no need to send it back. We'll charge the remaining purchase balance after the rental period, and it's yours.

Do I pay the full purchase price upfront?

No. You'll only pay the rental price when you place your order. The remaining balance is only charged if the item isn't returned within the rental period.

How do I return my rental?

Simply place the item in the original packaging (or similar packaging), attach the prepaid return label, and drop it off with the designated shipping carrier. It's that easy.

Do I need to wash the clothing before returning it?

No. Please don't wash or dry-clean rental items. We professionally clean and inspect every garment between rentals. Just send it back as is.

What if my child gets the outfit dirty?

That's expected! Our rental pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed. Everyday stains and normal wear from children are completely okay.

What if the item is damaged?

We understand kids are adventurous. Normal wear is expected. If an item is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and can't be repaired or rented again, we'll charge the remaining purchase balance.

Can I rent more than one item?

Yes! Rent as many eligible items as you'd like.

Which items are available to rent?

Rental availability will be marked on eligible products. We typically offer rentals on special occasion pieces, seasonal collections, and limited-edition styles.

Can I return my rental early?

Of course! You can return your rental anytime during the 90-day rental window.

Can I use rewards or promotions on rentals?

Eligible promotions and rewards may apply to rental orders unless otherwise stated. Any exclusions will be noted during checkout.
