Your Loop order shipped with a prepaid mailer — when your little one outgrows a piece, just pack it in and drop it off. Lost the mailer or need a fresh label? Request one here and we'll email it over. Resaleable pieces are cleaned and relisted as ReStitched; the rest donated through The Second Chapter, our nonprofit.
1. We confirm your pieces are eligible and email you a prepaid return label (no printer needed).
2. Pop them in any reusable mailer and drop it at the carrier counter on the label.
3. We inspect by hand, then add your store credit — up to 25% for resaleable pieces, 5% for donations. Credit is valid 12 months on anything in the boutique.
